We are a new company doing one thing in one place: hot tubs and swim spas in Mallorca, sold, installed and looked after by the same people.
Why we started
The hot tub trade on the island has worked the same way for years. A showroom quotes a price, a haulier delivers, a subcontractor installs when he has a gap, and when the pump fails in August nobody is quite sure whose problem it is. We built the company to do it the other way round.
Our own team
The people who measure your terrace are the people who install the tub and the people who come back to service it. We do not subcontract installation, and we do not hand your job to a crane firm and hope. The surrounds and decks are built by the same crew, which is why they fit.
In stock, in Mallorca
Our warehouse is on the island. The models marked in stock are here, not in a container on the mainland, and the spares for them are on the shelf. A pump that fails in high season gets replaced in days, not after the next ferry.
Honest pricing
Every price on this site includes 21% IVA, delivery anywhere in Mallorca and standard installation with ground-level access. The extras that depend on your site, a crane, a new line, a slab, are listed with their price ranges on the installation page and confirmed in writing after the visit. We would rather lose a sale than win it with a number that grows later.
Three languages
We work in English, German and Spanish, on the phone, on site and in the paperwork. Most of our customers own a second home here, and the person who deals with the comunidad, the electrician and the council should be the same person who sold you the spa.
What we do not do
We do not sell anything we cannot service ourselves, which is why the range is short. We do not install on a structure we have not checked. We do not quote a price before we have seen the site or photos of it. And we do not promise a date we cannot keep.
