Does the price really include delivery and installation?
Yes. Every model price includes 21% IVA, delivery anywhere in Mallorca and standard installation with ground-level access: positioning, levelling, connection to an existing suitable supply, first fill and handover. Extras such as a crane, a new electrical line or a base are priced separately and shown before you order, so there is nothing to add on the day.
Who actually installs the spa?
Our own team. The people who deliver, position and connect your hot tub are employed by us, not subcontracted, and the same team builds the terraces and comes back for service. That means one point of contact from the first photos to the first soak.
Do you deliver to the whole of Mallorca?
Yes, from Palma to Pollença and from Andratx to Cala Ratjada, with the same delivery included in the price. Our warehouse is on the island, so stock models do not wait for a ferry. Narrow lanes, steep drives and village centres are part of the job here, and we plan each route before the lorry leaves.
Do I need a licence to put a hot tub on my terrace?
A free-standing hot tub on a private terrace or garden normally needs no building licence in Mallorca, because nothing is built and nothing is excavated. A sunken installation with works, or any spa on a community terrace, may need a comunicación previa or the community's agreement. Rules vary by municipality, so check with your council or community, and we will give you a spec sheet to make the question easy.
How do I get a quote?
WhatsApp us a few photos: the spot where the spa will go, the route from the street to that spot, and your electrical panel. From those we can usually tell you the model, whether a crane is needed and the all-in price within a day. For hillside plots, roof terraces and anything sunken we book a short visit before giving a final number.
Is a hot tub covered by my home insurance?
Usually yes as part of the contents or the building, but only if you tell the insurer. Mention the spa, its value and whether it sits on a roof terrace, because some policies ask for a structural check above ground floor. We provide the invoice and the technical sheet your insurer will ask for; the policy wording itself is between you and them.
