spabalear.com (the “Site”) is operated by Spa Balear (“we”, “us”), a hot tub and swim spa retailer and installer based in Mallorca, Spain.

We publish these details in line with Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).
What we do
We sell, deliver, install and service hot tubs, swim spas and related terraces and equipment in the Balearic Islands. Prices on the Site are in euros and include 21% IVA unless stated otherwise.
Prices and tools
Model prices on the Site are our standard prices for delivery and installation in Mallorca with ground-level access. The price builder, running cost calculator and fit checker give estimates based on typical conditions. They are not binding offers. A binding price is the written quote we send after reviewing your site. We may correct obvious errors.
Intellectual property
The name Spa Balear, the text, images, drawings and design of the Site belong to us or are used under licence. Please do not copy or reuse them without written permission.

Applicable law
