Footprint to scale
Top view at true proportions, seats and loungers marked. Allow 60 cm of clear space on at least one side for servicing, and a path at least 105 cm wide on delivery day, because the tub travels on its side.
The largest hot tub we install
Above seven seats you are into swim spa territory. The Mar 7 is as big as a hot tub gets in this range: 240×240×95 cm, 1,850 litres, 560 kg dry and about 2.9 tonnes with water and seven people. It is a Signature tub, so full-foam insulation, UV and ozone treatment, three 3 HP pumps plus a circulation pump and a 6 kW heater are all standard. Price is €19,490 installed including IVA, delivery and standard ground-level installation. It is made to order; allow 6–8 weeks.
If seven seats is more than you will fill, the Mar 5 has the same equipment in a 220 cm shell for €3,000 less.
Seven seats
Two loungers face each other across the tub, and five upright seats fill the remaining sides, one of them a raised cool-down seat. 76 hydro jets and 16 air jets. With three pumps, every seat is at full pressure when the tub is full, and the panel lets you shut off zones so a couple on the loungers are not paying to run five empty seats.
Seven adults fit, properly. Five or six is the number for a long evening with drinks on the rim.
The touchscreen and app handle temperature, zones, lighting and filtration. For a rental villa, the app plus a holiday check from €45 a visit means the tub is ready and clean for each changeover without you being on the island.
Insulation and running cost
Signature running cost on Mallorca's €0.22/kWh tariff is around €25–35 a month in summer and €45–60 in winter at 38 °C with three uses a week; the Mar 7 sits at the top of those ranges because of its 1,850 litres, but still below a same-size Essential tub. Full-foam insulation and a cover of matching quality are the reason.
The UV and ozone system keeps chemical use low and stretches water changes to every four months.
Delivery and power
Height is 95 cm, so the route needs 105 cm clear width, no steps, no tight corners. For a tub of 240 cm on its side, corners matter as much as width: a 105 cm passage with a right-angle turn halfway may still fail. In practice most Mar 7 deliveries are by crane, €450–650 up to 15 m, €900–1,500 for a larger lift onto a high terrace.
The base must be flat and take nearly 3 tonnes: a concrete slab at €85–110/m² or an existing ground-level terrace. A sunken installation at €2,900–4,500 with stone or decking around it suits this size well and makes stepping in easier for older guests. Power is a dedicated 32 A line with an RCD, which usually means a new line from the consumer unit at €550–750 up to 15 m, and in older houses a check on contracted power with your supplier.

What power supply does it need?
A dedicated 32 A line with an RCD. We check your consumer unit and contracted power on the site visit.
How many adults fit comfortably?
Seven as designed. Five or six for a relaxed evening, two on loungers and the rest upright.
What does it cost to run in winter?
Around €45–60 a month at the top of the Signature range, at 38 °C and three uses a week. The full-foam insulation keeps a tub this size affordable.
